[Department Website][APSA elisting(requires membership)] MIDDLEBURY COLLEGE, the Department of Political Science invites applications for a tenure-track position in International Politics beginning in September 2006. We are seeking someone with broad training in international conflict and/or peace studies, who can teach an introductory course in introductory international politics, and courses from among the following fields: international law, international organization, diplomacy, and international conflict. Appointment will be made at the rank of Assistant Professor or Instructor. Candidates should provide evidence of commitment to excellent teaching and scholarly potential. Send letter of application with a statement of teaching and research interests, curriculum vitae, official graduate transcript, samples of scholarly work, and three current letters of recommendation, at least two of which speak to teaching ability, to: International Politics Search Committee Chair, Department of Political Science, Middlebury College, Middlebury VT 05753.
