[Department Website][APSA elisting(requires membership)] DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE MILLIKIN UNIVERSITY DECATUR, ILLINOIS 62522 POSITION DESCRIPTION: Tenure Track Assistant Professor International Relations and Comparative Politics The Political Science Department invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level, beginning August 2006. Ph.D. strongly preferred. The successful candidate must possess strong commitment to teaching excellence and scholarly development. Teaching experience preferred. The department seeks a generalist in International Relations and Comparative Politics, able to teach introductory and upper-division courses in our major, as well as contribute to the Global Studies offerings of our general curriculum. The successful candidate will help advise departmental majors and coach our Model United Nations team. Teaching load is 4 courses per semester.
