[Department Website][APSA elisting(requires membership)] BROOKLYN COLLEGE/CUNY: ASSISTANT PROFESSOR The Department of Political Science seeks candidates for a tenure-track assistant professor position in International Politics beginning September 1, 2006. We are seeking candidates whose specialty is East Asia, South Asia or Middle East. We welcome candidates who combine historical, critical, and interdisciplinary approaches. The successful candidate is expected to pursue a significant program of research and scholarly publication, to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in politics, develop new courses in his/her area of expertise, and to work collaboratively on new curricular and programmatic initiatives. Ph.D. in Political Science by August 1, 2006 is required.
