[Department Website][APSA elisting(requires membership) INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS/COMPARATIVE POLITICS: FORMER SOVIET UNION & EASTERN EUROPE The Department of Political Science invites applications for an entry-level tenure track position in International Relations/Comparative Politics at the rank of assistant professor (Ph.D in Political Science) or instructor (ABD in Political Science) beginning Fall, 2006. Teaching duties will include a capacity to teach the introductory course in International Relations as well as upper division undergraduate offerings related to the former Soviet Union and/or Eastern Europe. Appropriate linguistic and methodological skills and relevant field experience will be expected as will an active program of research that leads to publication in appropriate scholarly outlets.
