[Department Website][APSA elisting(requires membership)] The School of Economics and Social Sciences, Singapore Management University, invites applications for tenure-track and tenured positions (assistant professor, associate professor and professor) in Political Science to begin in Fall 2006. The field of interest is open but we are particularly interested in candidates whose research & teaching interests include International Relations and Comparative Political Economy. A focus on Asian issues would be an advantage, as would a match with the School’s interdisciplinary environment. Applicants are expected to have a doctorate in Political Science, a demonstrated aptitude for significant research and undergraduate teaching, and ability and interest to do research in an interdisciplinary environment. Applicants for associate professor and professor positions are expected to have a publication record commensurate with the rank. Research support is excellent and teaching load is light, with a maximum of 4 courses per year. Salary and benefits are highly competitive.
