Wheeling Jesuit University is accepting applications for a tenure-track position in the Department of Social Science at the Assistant Professor/Instructor rank. The department offers majors in Criminal Justice, International Studies and Political Science and is strongly committed to interdisciplinary education. We especially seek candidates who can contribute to both the Criminal Justice and International Studies majors. Wheeling Jesuit University is a Catholic, Jesuit institution committed to educating students to be life-long learners, leaders and men and women for others. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have teaching interests in any combination of the following-Security Studies, International Law, International Criminology, Comparative Systems of Criminal Justice, and Comparative Constitutional Law. Candidates should be committed to undergraduate education. The Ph.D. (in Criminal Justice or Political Science) is preferred, but ABD?s will be considered.
