[Department Website][APSA elisting(requires membership)] Faculty Position Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Political Science (Comparative Politics/International Relations) The Department of Political Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington invites applications for an assistant professor, tenure track position to teach in the undergraduate program in political science beginning August 2006. The focus of this hire is on undergraduate teaching and research; however, the opportunity also exists for teaching international public-administration or policy graduate courses in our MPA program. Requirements for the position include a Ph.D. in political science in hand by August 2006 with specializations in comparative politics and international relations. Applicants should have the ability to teach introductory and advanced courses in both IR and CP. Applicants with expertise in any region or area studies or with expertise in security studies are acceptable.
