The Department of Political Science seeks candidates for a full-time, non-tenure track, renewable lecturer position, beginning August 2006, in the areas of globalization and/or international political economy. Other teaching areas may be open, and candidates should note areas of interest. Candidates must be at least ABD, but Ph.D. preferred. The department seeks someone with broad training, dedicated to liberal arts education, and eager to work in a small undergraduate-only department. The University of Northern Colorado is an AA/EO employer and encourages women and minorities to apply. The university is located in Greeley, 50 miles northeast of Denver and 50 miles east of Rocky Mountain National Park. Candidates should submit a letter of interest, syllabi, curriculum vitae, copies of graduate transcripts, letters of recommendation, evidence of teaching excellence or potential, and a sample of scholarly work.
