[Department elisting PUBLIC AND ECONOMIC POLICY
The Department of Economics and the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto have available one joint tenure stream position in Public and Economic Policy at the rank of Assistant Professor on the St. George campus. Methodological approach and substantive areas of research are open, but the candidate's research should be able to speak to both the economics and political science fields. Salary to be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The appointment is effective July 1, 2006.

A Ph.D. degree or equivalent is required as of July 1, 2006 or soon thereafter. Duties include undergraduate and graduate teaching and research. The candidate must have a demonstrated promise of outstanding research and teaching.
