The successful applicant will have a record of innovative research on China’s role in this area, and have a demonstrated capacity to contribute to cutting edge debates in the discipline of International Relations. He or she will assume primary responsibility for building the Department’s China program, and must have a demonstrated capacity to develop research and teaching links with leading Chinese academic and policy institutions. The successful applicant will also teach in the Department’s Graduate Studies in International Affairs program, and should have the skills required for excellence in graduate coursework teaching and PhD supervision.
