[Department Website][APSA elisting(requires membership)] Department of National Security Affairs Naval Postgraduate School Monterey, California The Department of National Security Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School seeks applications for tenure-track appointments at any rank (assistant, associate, or full professor) in European studies. The Department is particularly interested in political scientists who conduct research and teach on contemporary European security and defense issues, European integration, and European politics and institutions. A Ph.D and appropriate language skills are required, as are publications and teaching experiences commensurate with the rank at which the appointment is sought. The Naval Postgraduate School is a fully accredited university whose students are drawn from the armed forces and civilian agencies of the United States as well as approximately thirty other countries. The Department is multi-disciplinary department with curricula based on comparative politics, international relations, strategic studies and civil-military relations.
