[Department Website][APSA elisting(requires membership)] Olivet Nazarene University seeks to fill a new fourth position in the Department of History and Political Science to teach courses in non-Western history and politics, foundation courses in the political science major, Western Civilization core, and world regional geography. The University is located in Bourbonnais, IL, an hour south of the Chicago loop. It is a residential campus of 2500 students. ONU is a member of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities, and expects its faculty members to be involved in local Christian churches and to support the theological and lifestyle commitments of the institution. ONU emphasizes the integration of a Christian worldview with analytical thinking in all courses. This position is a permanent appointment subject to extended contracts.
