Tenure-track position to teach government and politics of Asia, introduction to political science and a subfield of international politics such as diplomacy, international law, peace studies, human rights or revolution, violence and terrorism. East Asian politics is required, preparation in south or central Asia would be a plus. Normal workload is 3 courses per semester and 3 hours research. Our new colleague will be expected to build a record of excellence in teaching, research, and service as required for tenure and promotion.
