The LSU Department of Political Science and the International Studies program invites aplications for a tenure-track appointment at Asst. Professor level in international relations with specialization in foreign policy and/or national security studies to begin Fall 2006. Tenure to reside in Dept. of Political Science. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. by the fall of 2006 for appointment at Asst. Professor level; however, ABD?s with strong qualifications are encouraged to apply for initial appointment at Instructor level. Teaching load of two courses per semester. Salary competitive and commensurate with qualifications. Candidates must also be prepared to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses. Review of applications will begin October 10, 2005 and will continue until candidate is selected.
