ConocoPhillips Professor of International and Area Studies The School of International and Area Studies at the University of Oklahoma seeks to fill a tenured or tenure track position, at the advanced assistant or associate professor level, in the field of Chinese politics. Applicants must have a Ph.D., a sound background in Asian area studies and a strong record of publication. Teaching responsibilities will include both graduate and undergraduate courses in Chinese and Asian politics, and other areas of comparative politics or international relations. This position is a joint appointment in the School of International and Area Studies and the Department of Political Science. The appointment will begin 16 August 2006. Salary will be competitive.
