International Relations/Comparative Politics. Elon University invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level beginning August 2006. The successful candidate will teach introductory courses in international relations and comparative politics, and must be able to offer courses focusing on Asia. Opportunities to direct study abroad programs in Asia and advise Model United Nations are a possibility. Applicants must have the Ph.D in hand by mid-August, 2006; should have a strong commitment to teaching undergraduate students in a liberal arts environment; and must be willing to teach in the university’s interdisciplinary general studies program.
